Not recommended

Ok, I am all for colon cleansing. I try to get colonics once a month, pocketbook permitting. Alas, this time of year, money is tight, so at a friend’s suggestion, I bought the Super Cleanse. Day One, I took the 4 pills morning and night. Nothing happened. Day 2, I took the morning dose (4 pills) By noon time, I was running to the bathroom every 10 minutes or so for a few hours. NOT fun. I was at work. I stopped the dosing and started investigating Senna. By most accounts, that were not advertising a product, recommended doses seemed to be FAR under what Super Colon Cleanse recommends. Several site said Senna was toxic in high doses. Seems that anything over 20-40mgs is considered overdosing. Super Colon Cleanse is 576mg and then 3 times a day! So… yeah, it may
be natural. So are a lot of herbs that are considered toxic. Btw… a product that my naturalpath prescribes does contain some senna, mixed in with other herbs and I have never had a reaction to it. My guess is that the 576mgs
is pretty intense, expecially for someone that has a colon that is more or less, in good shape, due to proper diet
and regular colonics. Think I will pass on this product…… and stick to a healthier alternative. Proper food combining, pro-biotics, and the occasional food enzymes and regular colonics.

Works as a laxative (although natural)

I would like to like this product, it always seem to have really high reviews everywhere, and I can get it at trusty and cheap ol’ Trader Joes (grocery store). But unfortunately I cannot take it cause after 1-2 days I can’t keep anything solid in my body. It contains something called Senna which works as a natural laxative. The dosage is pretty high, 4 capsules 3 times a day. I have tried taking half of that and it was still too potent. I think I might try their regular colon cleanse product which only contains Psyllium powder.

Waste of money

If you’re looking for something to cleanse the colon then look elsewhere. As noted on the bottle this product is for people looking to add extra fiber to their diet. Taking 12 pills a day with extra iron is a waste and could be hazardous to your health. These pills did nothing for me and you’re better off just taking fiber pills. Don’t bother with this one.

It works great and I feel much better than before. In have been constipation for a long time and have been seeing Gastro specialist and run all the tests and see nothing wrong with me. Start taking this pill and it’s work wonder. I’m not jokling and it’s the best cure for me. I will keep continued and continued taking this.

I think this is good for general maint. It took a lot longer to work than I expected. I’m a very regular person but I like the idea of cleaning out from time to time. It took about 2 days to take effect only taking one pill.

Unfortunately, this product was not received, I have no idea why, but no one seams to give me an answer, I would not purchase any more products that will originate from this provider, no one have explained the reasons why??? The UPS package I received was seal and did not showed signs of been opened and resealed

I have tried, I’d say, about 10 things in the past 4 years to get me regular and take solid dumps. I eat pretty well, but I always have this full and uneasy feeling after using the restroom. I think I have had constipation and I never feel that “ahhhhhhhhh” satisfied feeling after using the restroom, just discomfort and annoyance. I’ve tried mineral oil, pills, psyllium husk, fiber, and various other variations of the sort.
I picked this product up, I kid you not, about 2 hours ago, and popped four pills in. Let me tell you something. I was laying down and I had this automatic feeling that came ovr me to go and use the restroom and I took one of those dumps where you feel damn good. No backup and honestly I feel happy that I did. It’s been a good while since I’ve taken a dump like that. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is frustrated and lives on a day to day basis with that backed-up feeling. Purchase these. And they’re natural. I wish you could post pics on this thing, but that would be gross and funny. But at least it could make all of you believers.

Works great and is worth the money. If you don’t have a problem taking all the pills you will be happy. I only used two in the morning and two in the evening. Did not feel I needed to take more. Worked great and I am happy. Just tried a different brand and did not even come close.

I didn’t like this product and ended up throwing it away. I took two of the capsules and became sick on the stomach. Because of that, I never gave it a chance to work because I wasn’t able to take the amount I needed to take.

This product does what it says it will do, but the appropriate amount taken per day depends on your system. 12 tabs a day are too many for me, so I take about 4-8.
It will start to work in about a day or two, but after 4 days or so is when you really start to see and feel progress, in both regularity and how you feel. I
‘ve tried metamucil etc, but it isn’t as effective… nor as convenient as taking a few of these with my morning and evening vitamins.
Take with a decent sized glass of water as recommended, and you will get the most benefits. Forget using chemical products such as exlax or what not any more, this stuff will help you feel normal again.
Why someone would give a 1 star for a product they have never used is beyond me.
Cleanse Works But Causes Cramping

This Colon Cleanse worked well for me, however it did seem to cause cramps after a week on it, & I only took it twice a day. Twice a day after a week seemed to much as I had a lot of cramps, so I went to once a day. After a month I discontinued it for awhile, I didn’t like the cramping.
