Deciding to give yourself a total body cleanse is one of the best things you may do for your body. What this will do is remove toxins and other destructive productions from your digestive tract as well as your blood. Sometimes a body cleanse may feel uncomfortable while you are in the routine of it, but the end result is worth it. When you are done, you must have more energy and feel better. There are a few ways to go in regards to a total cleanse. You may buy one of the some merchandise that are on the market, or you may elect to do it yourself naturally. The basi thing you want to do is to eliminate any processed or packaged foods from your diet. This is having little impact said than done as some humans find themselves addicted to this type of food. Eliminating sugars, dairy and meat is necessary as well. They may build up in your digestive tract, which is why it is a good idea to stop eating it for now. The next thing to do for your total cleanse is to commence taking psyllium capsules. Take this for the entire time of your cleanse. In the basi two days of the cleanse eat only fresh organic fruits and vegetables. You may steam them if you would like. Do this for the primary nine days, and on the 10th day commence a juice fast. Use fresh fruits and/or vegetables. You are going to do this for three days. On the 13th day, you will return to eating raw foods. Of course, through all of that you will be drinking 8 to 10 glasses of pure water. For the next five days you eat raw foods and on day 18 return to your steamed vegetables. This whole routine will take you three weeks, but at the end, you will feel healthy, energized and lighter. |

Works for me!

I am on my 10th day of the cleanse and it has worked for me since day 1. When I began the cleanse I was constipated, and now I’m not. In the box they provide additional capsules to take if you feel like you aren’t moving like you should. Maybe in 2007, these weren’t included …but today, constipation from this cleanse shouldn’t be an issue. The first week I felt lousy ..headache, achy, tired ..all symptoms of a cleanse doing it’s job. Each day now I feel better and better.

I used this product for the full two weeks. For the first two days I had problems with the runs and cramping, but I adjusted to dosage of the evening “eliminate” capsules from two capsules down to one and then it worked fine for me. I didn’t notice a list of huge sweeping changes, but the one big change I did notice, and am grateful for, was I have much less of a problem with being gassy and bloated now after meals. That was an annoying issue for me and one of the reasons I tried this cleanse. For that reason alone, I would gladly use this product again because I did notice such a difference.

Please don’t waste your money

I have two days left on this cleanse and it hasn’t done anything beneficial for me. Last night my stomach started to hurt really bad. I haven’t had a movement in two days when before I was fairly regular. I’m totally bloated and nothing’s going anywhere. I’ve taken better cleansing products and definitely will never buy this one again!
Not worth the money. You’d be better off with a couple bottles of prune juice!

Send it over to me. These are quality products that work. Obviously you needed less but that is for you to gage and not complain about. Ive had nothing but secess with these products. They are well researched and qulatiy ingredients.

this product does absoluetly nothing!!! it has hurt me, not helped me! my stomach aches, i feel bloated, my breath smells from all the smelly herbs in the capsuls, and i only have one or two very very small movements a day, they were better off before. buy something else.

By reading these negative reviews, I might say this product is not for everybody, but it definitely worked for me. I suffer from constipation and I have tried many different types of cleansing before, and every time, I would have to stop them on the 3rd or 4th day because of chest pain even though I drink a lot of water. This have been the first product that didn’t do that. I am on my 11th day and I am very happy with it. I have been avoiding eating meat, bread, pasta and rice the whole time though. Over all, I would recommend this product.

After reading scare stories about the negative effects of psyllium, cascara sagrada (buckthorn) and senna, I decided to try this cleanser since it doesn’t have any “bad” herbs in it, but the effect was disappointing. For the first 3-4 days it did absolutely nothing. About the fourth day I felt some slight cramping, and on the fifth day I became constipated. Here I have to add that I only eat raw food, and I am never normally constipated. The constipation was actually caused by the cleanse. There was no changes in elimination besides that, so I felt I was worse off than before I did the cleanse.
My husband also tried it, with no effect, until he decided to open the capsules and put the powder directly into water. After that, he did experience some kind of mild cleansing reaction.
My own feeling is that this cleanse is basically useless, so don’t waste your money.

This is a very weak cleanse. It might help someone extremely unhealthy-but only a bit. You won’t get a real, thorough cleanse. If you are healthy like I am, it will do very little. I should’ve known better than to try anything from this line. Use good quality, professional grade products such as Dr. Schulze.

I love this product when you are done with the cleanse you feel so much better. It is just long enough so you don’t quit it. I like the Renew Life products and this was a fair price as well.

This was the first box cleanse I had ever done, and I am sorry to say I was really disappointed. I didn’t feel any more energetic or healthy when the cleanse was over. I followed it pretty closely and supplemented it by eating a diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, grains, and non-meat proteins. It was touted as gentler since it was organic. I didn’t notice an increase in bowel frequency, but I did notice them to be a little bit firmer when I had them. After completing the cleanse, I did some research and read that for a cleanse to truly be effective it needs to be at least 1 month long. You can not get significant detox results from a 2 week program.

I was recently diagnosed with Candida, a yeast infection of the intestine. The second day of taking this I already felt remarkably improved!
