5Worth the Price
By Sandy M.
I bought this hoping it would do something to help my adult acne. I have very fair skin, so any pimple that comes along leaves a mark for at least two weeks that I have to cover up with makeup. I was amazed in that I saw a difference in my skin after about a week of using this product. My red marks were getting lighter and it was drying up new pimples very quickly. It also seems to reveal a nicer, brighter skin texture. The directions say 2-3 times a week, but I use it more like 4-5 times a week. It is a mask, so you leave it on for 5-10 minutes before washing it off. I have found that it is better to wash it off in the sink than during a shower. The shower seems to wipe out the product completely whereas the sink leaves enough of it on that it is still working throughout the day. Great product.

5Good Stuff
By Mirage08
I have been using this for about 3 or 4 weeks and I can see a difrence in my skin. It does helps with marks left on my face and it also helps existing pimples on my face as well. I use it at night and I swear when I get up in the morning whatever pimples on my face are smaller. I use it 2 times a week. Also after I wash it of my skin is really soft. It smells like Downy fabric softner which is kind of funny to me. Define recommendation.

5Finally! Even Skin Tone
By Renee J. Johnson
I have lived with acne for more than 35 years. In my early 40s, I ended acne breakouts with a very strong prescription from my dermatologist (this happened after dismissing the UCLA dermatology department’s treatment of 5 years and finding a new doctor who actually listened and agreed with me that my acne was in need of something stronger than topical solutions). After finally being relieved of acne breakouts, I found myself living with all the acne scars I helped create over more than 40 years.

  1. Been using for 6 months now–great product!
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’m 24 years old and last year began breaking out in terrible cystic ance. Imagine my surprise–I thought this kind of stuff happened during adolescence? Well, I tried so many different products and this is the only one that I continue to use. I didn’t realize it at first, but not only does the peel help with my acne scars, it really does help prevent breakouts. My skin is not very sensitive so I am able to use it every night after I wash and dry my face. Acne and acne scarring is an embarassing condition to have to go through, but with a little patience and the right product you’ll be able to clear your skin up too. Don’t give up, the right product is out there for you! Good luck! :)

  2. i would not recommend this at all :(

I used This product after seeing the commercial for it, boy was i disappointed when i used it. I didnt see any significant difference at all. I still had marks and even worse some new breaks out. This product also has a wierd smell. Don’t get this.

  3. works well

I like this product very much, and it does work.It makes dark spots fade much quicker. I cannot find it in stores any more.

  4. works amazing at first, then meh
    Rating:2 out of 5 stars
First use, after a few min, it drastically reduced a stubborn pimple I had for a couple of weeks. The next day or 2, the pimple was completely gone.

Ever since then, this product hasn’t really been working for me. I haven’t seen results.

  5. Smells funny but it works.

I used this stuff all the time for a year or so. I loved it. The only issue is that it smells really gross and will irritate your skin if you use it too often.

  6. Worth Every Penny
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This product is great, it really helps with the red marks. I use it once a week, I think twice is too harsh for me. Each time I leave it on a little longer, and I see the redness fade over time.

  7. No visible results
    Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I was hoping to clear up acne blemishes on my face and chest. After reading the product description i felt this product would work for me. The solution has a gentle exfoliating feeling. Afterwards, there is a slight tingling sensation so I felt that the product must be working. I used the product as instructed but did not see any results at all. I’m tired of wasting money on products that dont work.

  8. love this stuff!
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I use this about 2x a week. I love how soft it makes my skin feel and I do notice fading of some acne scars after 1 month of use. To me, it’s a hidden gem b/c it gets my face softer and smoother than some scrubs or even facials I’ve gotten… at $9 for 2 months of use, you can’t beat that deal!!! ;)

  9. Love this stuff!

I haven’t even been using this for a week yet and already there is a noticeable difference with my existing acne scars. They’re not completely gone, but have definitely faded. My fiance also commented on how soft my face was after I used it. The smell is strong, very “medicine” smelling, but once the product is rinsed off the smell is gone. I will absolutely buy again and continue to use regularly!

  10. It does work
    Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Hi everyone. In my opinion this stuff works. I had a really bad breakout before my best friend’s wedding. I was a nervous wreck. I used this product religiously for one week, and the marks were barely nonexistent. You have to keep using it to see something happen. It really does help them fade away.

  11. Great stuff!
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This product is great. I bought it just after alot of scar fading treatments came out on the market. When used 3 times a week I noticed that the scars from my acne had faded considerably and much more than they would have before without the treatment. I haven’t used it recently because the store I use to buy from stopped carrying it, and was relived to find it again online!

This works great on normal to oily skin. I do not know about dryer skin types though.

I have had to explain to people before though that it is not ment to remove acne – just the scars caused from it. So if you are looking for a treatment to get rid of acne this is not it. However I would strongly suggest using it with a actual acne removal treatment!

  12. My Skin Looks Amazing!!
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I love this stuff. Yes, it is stinky, but I got used to it. I use it every 2-3 days, and while it doesn’t completely get rid of the marks, I haven’t broken out the entire time I’ve been using it, and that is in almost 8 years of having constant, painful cystic acne on my chin, which didn’t start until my 30s. This works better than even all the stuff that I was given by the dermatologist. After I use it, I put on Avon Triple Lifting Day Cream, and I just glow. My skin hasn’t looked this good since I was a kid.

  13. It Works!
    Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I’d been using this product for months to try to control my adult acne and get rid of scars. It had been working, but I stopped using it to try another expensive product that ended up giving me more acne than I started with – so back to Neutrogena. For the past couple of weeks, the acne has been controlled and the marks are continuing to fade. I’m going to use this product exclusively and hope that with continued use, the darker spots continue to fade. It’s worth the price and better than that $60 product that is sitting on my counter.

  14. Great product worth every cent
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I used this product, and also Neutrogena’s newer but similar ‘Ageless Intensives Tone Correcting Enzyme Peel’. These products both have a slight grainy texture, but the Ageless Intensives has a slightly better smell and finer grain. You smooth it on, wait ten minutes, massage, and rinse off. Within ten days, my brown and/or red acne scars and sun damage were so much improved!! I had been using a heavy-duty concealer to cover the marks, then a foundation to blend all that concealer, giving my face a dull, ‘masky’, made-up look I hated. (Altho I hated the acne marks more!) After less than 2 weeks of use, I am back to just a tinted moisturizer to even out my tone, and I can tell that in another week or two I won’t even need that. My skin clarity, fine lines, and pore size all improved too. I have tried many more expensive products and always come back to this. LOVE IT.

  15. best I’ve found
    Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I never had any acne as a teenager, but for some reason once I hit my 20s my face freaked out. I tried every face wash or mask out there but nothing helped. I even went to the dermatologist and was using both an oral and topical perscription, but not even that made a difference.

I read the reviews for this product and was really excited. It wasn’t quite the miracle that I had been looking for but it definately works better than anything I’ve tried before. My face is not completely clear but it looks WAY better. I’ve only been using it for about 2 to 3 weeks now and I’m hoping that it’ll continue to improve.

    I definately recommend this product!
