IT’S SIMPLE: Just take the pills every day, watch what you eat and exercise. Come on people – there’s no such thing as a miracle pill! Everything requires effort. Taking these pills is not a license to go out and eat whatever you want.

MY EXPERIENCE: I took two capsules in the morning and two at night. In one month I lost 5 pounds without changing my normal diet and exercise, which included three square meals a day and daily stretching, push-ups, sit-ups, squats and a brief jog – 10-15 minutes. I’m not big into working out, I just want to maintain my health while getting rid of that “spare tire.” I had heard about people getting some stomach cramps while taking the pill. I felt some cramping, but it was extremely minor – but what do you expect from a diet pill that’s going to flush your system?

Since September I have lost a total of 20 pounds, and each week I am losing between 2-4 pounds, which is a healthy amount per week, according to nutritionists. I’m not sure how much the acai berry did or did not do for me, but I do believe it helped in curbing my appetite, helping me to avoid cravings and making me fill full faster. The colon cleanse is the best; it does not keep you on the toilet for hours, but it does make your bowels regular. It also made me have to urinate a lot more, but going to the bathroom= getting rid of unnecessary waste=losing weight. There were no crazy side effects such as jitters or feeling as if you were on a major caffeine high, I felt normal with these.

Keep in my mind, everybody’s body is different so these may work for some, and for some they may not. These work almost as a vitamin supplement, something to give you an extra push to keep going. And, I must say it again, do not expect these to work if you do not commit to eating healthier and stop eating junk. And lastly, exercise, exercise, exercise! I love the way I’m looking these days, I have not felt this great about my body in years!! I just ordered my second batch of these pills and am looking forward to getting them in a few days
