For one thing and one thing only!

In the Carolinas, people have all sorts of ideas about how to cook up and serve bar-b-que…mostly bad.
If you like vinegar soaked cat food, come to North Carolina and we’ll hook you up.
However, this runny red mildly-hot vinegar-based concoction by Scott’s makes about the best marinade for
ribs you’ll find anywhere, that is if you don’t have a bottle of Chiavetta’s laying around somewhere. Just
soak your ribs in this juicy juice for about 3-4 hours before you throw them on the grill, baste with your
favorite brand of bar-b-que sauce and voo-ah-lah! Makes a great marinade for chicken too. 5 Bones

This is genuine North Carolina type BBQ sauce. Vinegar based with spices. None of that thick tomato paste. If you like your sauce to overpower your meat so you only taste tomaoes this is not for you. I’m from NC and this is the kind of sauce I grew up on. It enhances the flavor of the meat and you can make it as hot and spicy as you like. I’ve been using this sauce for over 25 years.

Watered Down Tabasco

It kinda tastes like watered down Tabasco mixed with liquid smoke flavoring… That and it also came leaky in the mail. It was inside a Ziploc bag with the sauce all over the inside… the seal was still on so I tried some anyway but I won’t be finishing the bottle.
I suggest you save the money and just spice things yourself… It did ship super quick though, which I guess is a plus.
