We’ve tried everything for stress natural and synthetic. This stuff is great for a good night’s sleep, great focus during the day hours, blocking out anxiety and stress, and making me feel energetic right up to bedtime. I have rec’d it to lots of family and friends and everyone I know that has tried it loves it. Pharmaceuticals are not this effective and the side affects make you wish you didn’t have to take them at all. Gabatrol gives out a free powder form sample on their main site and also we tried it at the local health store. After 20 minutes on an empty stomach, the dose begins working right away instead of the weeks it takes to get results from prescriptions. I use the 120 gram powder formula instead of the capsules and rotate on four days and off three days to keep the sensitivity to the product working great. I started using Gabatrol about 4 months ago as I wanted to stop using Ambien for sleep. I take it during the week to insure a good nights sleep. Approximately 15 minutes after taking 1 Gabatrol I fall into a deep sleep and I don’t wake up until my alarm goes off in the morning. There is no “morning after” sluggish feeling. I’ve tried many different natural products over the years and most do not do what they say. i’ll usually buy the ones with a money back guarantee because i dont want to waste my money. i heard about gabatrol on the radio and went to amazon to check the reviews. The reviews were good so i figured i’d try it and since it had the money back guarantee i had nothing to loose. I wanted it for occasional anxiety and the feeling of overwelm that i get sometimes. I took 2 the day after I got it and went shopping for a T V. I hate shopping and it is usually exausting and miserable. i went to 4 giant appliance stores and had enough energy for more. it helped with anxiety and overwelm, improved my workouts by 40%, gave me the power to give more massages in a day. thats good, because massage is what i do for a living at 54 years old. thanks to robert and the folks at gabatrol for a great product. I’ve bought many things on line but this is the second time I’ve writted a review. thanks for doing a good job.
BEWARE – BAD STUFF

First off let me say I’m very surprised to see 6 other reviews that praise this product. My experience was much different.
I have been looking for a natural stress relief supplement for awhile and I came across Gabatrol online. It sounded interesting so I ordered a free sample from their website. It arrived 3 days later in a hand-addressed envelope. The Gabatrol itself was in powder form in a little baggie. I decided to try it the next day before work.
I mixed the Gabatrol with Gatorade and drank it all (per their instructions). After about 30 minutes I started to feel drowsy. Not with any focus or relaxation…just like I wanted to pass out. I was wondering if it was the Gabatrol or just a waive of tiredness. It lasted for a couple hours. During that time I started to feel sort of anxious and jittery like I had drank a cup of coffee but without the energy. Then shortly after that my stomach began to feel very odd. Almost like my stomach felt out of place within my body. It is very hard to describe but it was also VERY uncomfortable. All of these negative feelings of drowsiness, anxiety and bad stomach sensation continued to get worse throughout the day. When I went to bed that night I still felt horrible and the next day my body still felt like something was wrong. It took an extra day before I felt fully normal again.
I emailed the company 3 days ago to tell them my experience and they NEVER replied. Funny how they don’t want to communicate anymore when you call them on their terrible product. I really have nothing positive to say about this stuff.

I am a believer in this great product. I have used many other products; CD’s, devices, natural medications and pharmaceuticals to deal with an anxiety disorder that has been around for many years now. Gabatrol out and out tackles it and is by far the best I’ve tried. I am far more communicative, have clearer concentration and notice that enjoying the time is an easy, natural thing to do. Rather than forcing things, I find that just being myself
(and knowing what that is) is sufficient. I tell friends about this product when they are facing stress in interviews or having sleep problems. All in all, Gabatrol is a great product and does exactly what it is advertised to do.

What a great product. I tried it when I was having guests for dinner and then promptly forgot about it. It was later, when I was cleaning up after my guests left that I realized instead of feeling exhausted like I usually did, I felt energized and focused. I realized it had to be Gabatrol. Its what I turn to now for energy and focus and when I feel lethargic.
