This is the best, easy to read, devotional on general healthy living and weight loss. Even if you’re not overweight, the life principles are foundational to a healthy lifestyle. My husband and I read through it once (my husband was so impressed, he asked for his own copy) Now, we are revisiting it again, and will continue to do so in the hopes that eventually all the concepts will begin to be fleshed out in our daily lives! I am ordering more copies!

    I have used this product on and off and I really like it. The first two weeks I used this product I lost five pounds and after two months I’ve lost a total of 10 pounds. I haven’t gained back the weight yet, but when I feel like I’ve eaten too much over the weekend, I’ll take it again for a couple of days and so far I’ve not gained a pound. Even when I don’t take this product I don’t feel as hungry, I believe my stomach shrunk from when I wasn’t eating much. The only side affect is dry mouth for awhile, but it doesn’t bother me. I was only about 15 pounds over weight so I have five more to go.

    Once you’re ready to lose weight this is the product that you want in your cabinet. It’s NOT a miracle drug in the sense that you simply take it and then continue to eat McDonald’s everyday. It does require a bit of commitment on your part but not Zen Master level.

    For people who are really wanting to shed some weight this product gives you the UMPH! to make the changes necessary to drop the weight. DON’T BE FOOLISH!!!!Make sure you eat your breakfast then take ONE pill with a full glass of water(8-10oz) and you may want to skip your morning coffee for the first few days. This product is an excellent appetite suppressant so just make sure you stay hydrated and you should be fine until dinner. Using this product I’ve lost 28 pounds through 2 major feasting holidays. I didn’t even take the pills everyday nor did I exercise beyond usual daily activities. The downside to losing this weight without the exercise is that my bottom and thighs feel a little squishy so I’m going to start going to pilates to help tone and build some muscle. So I suggest at the very least you incorporate some strength and core building exercises so you don’t have your meat just hanging from your bones.

    I purchased these capsules based on the reviews as I’ve never try’d them before. I only took them for 2 weeks first of all, I never noticed any weight loss. I took them as described and followed the directions carefully. I had to stop taking them as I started to break out horribly on my face. Aside from the bad acne that I develpoed I noticed my complexion became very dry and it also became “itchy” with a “burning sensacion” everytime I washed my face. Since I’ve never had bad acne I realized I was having a bad reaction from these capsules. Once I stopped taking them I immediatly noticed an improvement and my complexion started to clear up. I understand that everyone is different, what has worked for some might not work for others however, I think there is something in these capsules that is not mentioned in the ingredients there is no way that these are “all natural” as I’ve taken all natural products before and I’ve never have had a reaction as I did with these capsules. I cannot recommend these weight loss capsules to anyone. If you decide to take these especially if you’ve never taken them before, be careful and pay close attention to your body or any symptons that you may develop while taking these capsules.

    I have been taking this product for almost a full month, and have lost 10 lbs. to date without changing many of my eating habits. I have less appetite, and eat until I feel satisfied only. It also helps me control those late night snacks that I used to love!

    It is not a magic pill that will work by taking it then going to McDonald’s for breakfast…but if you follow your hunger cues and eat sensibly it definitely helps.

    I was so excited to receive my order! I started the morning after but for some reason my reaction to the pill made me uneasy. I couldn’t focus at work (I am a program analyst) and I was jittery like I drank too much coffee without eating. I tried for 2 days and had to stop. I intend to try again when I have some time off, can exercise whenever I want and don’t have to worry about cloudy thinking.

In one month, with hardly altering my eating habits, I lost 13 lbs! Now my clothes is practically falling off of me!     I started taking this pill on a Sunday. 2 weeks later, I had dropped 6 lbs. Not as much as I was expecting, but much better than I had achieved with more expensive products. Part of the reason it’s hard for me to loose weight is the birth control I take. I stopped taking the bc, and will order my 2nd package of these pills. As for side effects, I only felt a bit speedy the 1st and 2nd days and I sweat a lot, but other than that, no sleeplessness or jittery.

    I started taking this on 11-29-09 and as of 12-4-09 I have lost 10lbs. I have dry mouth,but gum and water helps also I eat a pickle from time to time.I have a increase in energy and feel great.I think most of it has been water weight loss but its working. I had this same effect taking phentermine years ago.I’m not jittery,no rapid heart beat but I do toss and turn when I sleep.I will continue to buy and use FRUTA PLANTA! IT WORKS!!!
