One star is too many for this lousy item
By Theresa
I bought this product based on all of the positive reviews I had been reading and the money back guarantee. This product did absolutely NOTHING for me/to me. I do watch my portions and I do exercise. To make matters worse, when I decided to return it, I realized I needed a return authorization number from them or they would not even accept the product. When I went to ask for the number, nobody would return my messages. Soon, after contacting Amazon for help (thanks AMAZON!), they sent an email with a number and instructions. I also received a NASTY phone message the very same day from them, though……DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Don’t forget, on top of all of this, you only receive a partial refund.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
By Shantal
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY WITH MYSELF !!! I should have known better. I was warned but I didn’t listen. This PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK at all. Before buying it, I’ve read all the reviews. I noticed that the farther down you go, the more negative the reviews on this product are. I realized now that the manufacturer of this useless product, his friends or employees, seeing all these bad reviews, started to place some positive reviews, to entice the unknowing consumers. I fell into the trap and lost $32.00
The persons who wrote that is was a scam were absolutely right. When I called “All Web Nutrition” to ask for a refund, I was told that I needed to write them a letter explaining why I was dissatisfied. I told the lady “Because your Lipovarin is no good and doesn’t work” She replied, “That’s not a good enough reason.” She gave me an authorization number and said I needed to return the empty bottle by UPS and they will also keep 25% of the money I paid for this product.
I asked why do I have to return an empty bottle and why are you charging me 25% for restocking fee? You cannot restock an empty bottle and charge me for it? She replied “We are not responsible if the bottle get lost in the mail, so you must be able to show proof of return with a UPS tracking number.” (She was basically telling me, that if I return the empty bottle by normal mail, they can claim that they never received it and refuse to refund me any money).
What about the 25% adm. charge to restock an empty bottle? She said that’s their business and company policy and there is nothing that I can do about it.” How rude!!
If “All Web Nutrition” were to advertised lipovarin on their web page by saying … “Try Lipovarin And … If You Don’t Loose Any Weight … It will Cost you $32.00″
Would anyone try it? ABSOLUTELY NOT !! But this is exactly what it cost me and what it will cost you if you try it. Learn from my mistake.
$7.00 = UPS charge to have the bottle send to me
$18.00 = their 25% restocking fee … (they only refund 75%…how dishonest!!)
$7.00 = UPS charge to return the empty bottle to them
TOTAL = $32.00 that is cost me and will cost you, … to try their useless product.
Do you understand now that it’s all a scam. It’s all false and hyped up advertisement. If you have any doubt whatsoever, please read the return policy … well hidden under “(Payment

Watch Out!!
By D. Dieringer
Product didn’t work for me nor my wife. Watch out if you want to return it. It’ll cost you 25% “administrative fee”. What a bunch of garbage!! If the product really worked they wouldn’t charge this “administrative fee”.

Waste of money
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I guess I have to face it – Metabolife is gone! It worked, this does not. I started with 2 pills, then 3, added Hoodia, then 4 pills; still nothing! Thank goodness I had a gift certificate and did not spend my own money! I’m through wasting money on diet pills! (Haven’t I heard that before?)
worthless

I purchased this item which promised all sorts of things including a promise to clear up my acne. Never happened. The only thing this product did was to give me a tremendous buzz from all the caffine in each dose. I only took two pills a day and that kept me buzzed all day. I stopped taking this product after a week and a half. If there was a way to get my money back, I would surely do it!
Works for me

I have been taking LipoVarian for 2 months and am just ordering my third bottle. I have lost 10 pounds, which is a healthy weigh loss of about 3 lbs/wk. I use the pills along with an exercise regieme of cardio (20 mins 3x wk) and moderate strength trainings with weights (3xwk).
I have cut down on my coffe based on the manufacturers recommendations. The only side effects is loose stools, usually within an hour of taking the pills. This can also be attributed to my mild IBS (I poop a lot anyway).
Another side benefit is an increase in energy and alertness. Not jumpy, just more awake.
Works as advertised. Just don’t look for a miracle weight loss cure, be sensible.
Gained 3 pounds since I started using this

I have been using this for the past 2 1/2 weeks and have gained 3 pounds! What a rip-off. I had such high hopes for this. I’d used ephedra a couple of years ago with fantastic results and hoped this would have a similar impact. Save your money if you are looking for ephedra-like results. This will NOT give them to you.
do not take this pill!! it can kill you!!

I’ve been using this product for 4 days. I’ve been taking half the recommended dose, Just 3 pills midafternoon because I don’t eat breakfast, and I’ve already lost 3 pounds. My metabolism isn’t extra fast. I’m not working out, I’m not starving myself. I’m eating right after I take the pills. I’m drinking a lot of water (which i do anyways, NO SODA!)and I’m eating when I’m hungry. Now, before you claim my loss as water weight, my weight before was a consistant 130. And I’ve lost 3 pounds and weighed myself 3 different times throughout the day to make sure of it. The only thing I don’t like is that it makes my heart beat a little faster than I’m used to. At least I’m not taking naps during the day anymore!

I take 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch. After about 3 months I had lost 13 pounds. I work a lot and don’t have much time to work out, but do some ranch work in the evenings. You have to be active to lose the weight, but the pills help curb your appetite. I am less hungry and eat less at regular meals. It also helps boost energy. I would ease into them and cut out all Sodas, it will make you jittery. I absolutely recomend this product.
May have found a winner

I’ve only been taking Lipovarin for two days now, but I felt the rare inspiration to write a review, so I seized the moment. Maybe it’s the energy boost from the pills. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is it’s a great appetite suppressant, which is something other supplements I’ve tried haven’t had. For example, I went 18 hours between meals (from yesterday at 2 pm till I woke up this morning) and I didn’t have any hunger pangs. When I woke up I still wasn’t hungry but I had a bowl of cereal anyway. Gotta eat to feed the machine. So the appetite suppression factor alone tells me I’ll be able to lose a few pounds with this product.
I’m taking 2 pills 2x a day. There is a lot of caffeine in the pills (66 mg per pill which is like 1.5+ cans of Diet Coke/Diet Pepsi (my beverage of choice). So 4 pills a day is approx equal to a 6-8 cans. I usually drink 4-5 cans of soda a day, so now I’m drinking mostly caffeine-free diet cola so I don’t overload.
The pills are making me feel more energetic and perhaps borderline jittery. But I think if I can get outside and take a brisk walk here and there, that will take the edge off. The increased energy will encourage me to get a little more exercise (at the very least to do more walking).
I’m optimistic I’m going to drop some pounds with Lipovarin due to the energy boost I’m feeling and especially due to the appetite suppression effect I’ve observed. I’ll try to add to this review in a few weeks with more of my observations.
I hope this works

I am not ready to rate this product. I am one of those people that have tried several ways to lose weight. I have tried diet pills and even diet programs including weight watchers and to date I have not been able to find anything to help me lose weight. I picked up 40 pounds during my pregnancy and another 40 pounds being at home with my son. After reading all of the good reviews on this product I decided to purchase it. I will start taking it tommorow (02/07/2007) and I will update periodically on weight loss if any. I hope this works.
I started taking the pills 02/07/2007 and three days later I have lost 3.5 pounds. These pills seem to work. I have had to adjust the dosage to suit my lifestyle and body. I take one at breakfast time (after I have eaten) and one at lunch (after I have eaten), so that I can get some sleep at night. The first day I took them, I followed the dosage and I could not sleep. I will report back in about two weeks on further weight loss or gain.
Overhyped

These pills gave me the same results as many other (and much cheaper) fat-burning pills out there. Lipo-6 is waaay cheaper and gives the same effects.
Gosh….It Works!

I decided to try Lipovarin with reservations. I felt it probably wouldn’t work. I used it for one month with little results. However, I struck with it and by the second month I started noticing the weight was coming off. By the third month, the weight really started coming off. By it’s self I doubt this product whould have produced stellar results. I had also incorporated an exercise program and lower caloric intake. I’ve tried this approach many times before ending in complete failure. I feel the Lipovarin did curb my appetite and gave me the energy to stick with my exercise program, resulting in successful weight loss. Without Lipovarin, I doubt I would have stuck with my “program”.
18 month report
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
People looking for a quick magic wand need to consider gastric surgery… I was looking for slow but steady weight reduction (am over 50). Since age 40, I was gaining about 3 to 5 pounds per year. In 18 months with Lipovarin I have lost 20 pounds. I did not change my diet or exercise habits. I do find less cravings for ice cream and sugar snacks, that I eat smaller portions at my meals, take more leftovers home from restaurant lunches. I take three with breakfast, sometimes take 3 with lunch (taking three with dinner keeps me up late). I also take Thyrotril, one per day. My weight trend has been reversed! I am now down enough that my knees can take treadmill work, which I started 3 days a week about a month ago. Long term health trends are more important to me than whether or not I lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks!
Does not work!!

this product does not meet any of its claims! it does not suppress appetite, even with stronger doses, and it does not provide energy. don’t waste your money!
Start with a bang, gain weight when you’re done.

I wanted this to work. Really, I did. Initially, it curbed my appetite, but upon completion, I ended up gaining the 6 pounds I’d lost plus 3 more.
