You’ve heard the story of what do you do when you get a bunch of lemons, make lemonade – right. Well what do you do when you experience stress? How do you handle it? At this point let me give you an observation – everyone is different. And because we are all dissimilar we handle situations coming our way differently. What is hot to one person is comfortable to another. So please take this as a road map for your consideration. Should it ring a bell, then please get yourself a heap of professional help. It is important to be conscious that life presents us a lot of probabilities each day. How we handle these probabilities determines whether we grant stress to come into our life or not. We all have choices, it is our selections in regards to what we experience that determines if we are happy or sad. And prolonged sadness leads to stress, anxiety and depression. So take a look at the selections you make on a daily basis. Are you choosing what is best for you, or are you choosing to fight and push back at what is coming your way? Are you making the circumstance important, or are you more than willing to go with the flow? Remember it is your choice.
