Best product for IBS on the market

Having been diagnosed with IBS nearly 20 years ago, I have sought relief from virtually all products on the market–to no avail. Super Colon Cleanse is the only product that gives me the bulk and regularity that I have sought. It produces consistent, reliable, and effective results. Yes, the large number of capsules that must be taken daily may seem burdensome to some; but, the end result is certainly worth the inconvenience.

This Will Clean You Out

I LOVE this product. I tend to eat a fair amount of carbs – I’m of normal body weight but have a low metabolism. So, every night I take 4 or 5 of
these if I’ve had a lot of carbs that day, along with a glass of water or any beverage. The next day, I take another 4 or 5 capsules. DO NOT take 12 capsules per day, as suggested on the bottle. You will be absolutely miserable and having to use the restroom constantly, and you may also experience major bloating and intestinal pain. One time I took 12 capsules in a 24 hour period and I was a mess. BUT, if you find the appropriate dosage for yourself, based on your diet, this green remedy colon product will make you feel much better and keep your intestines very clean. You will notice a big difference right away.

Best cleanses, best receipes, best cleansing book out there!

Super Cleanse is the best book I’ve ever read or used on cleansing. It is packed with truly delicious recipes for juices and cleansing foods that one can use to cleanse or to also easily incorporate into everyday living. The author makes the process fun and easy. I did the Urban Revitalizer cleanse after being overworked by ongoing business travel, depleted and hooked on coffee and sugar. It was completely amazing. I enjoyed the cleanse more than any other I have ever done because the recipes were delicious, nutritious and sustaining. I lost @ 7 pounds, got off a multiple latte a day habit and felt energized, serene and better than I had in a long time. After studying natural medicine, attending nutrition school and working at a popular vitamin company for the past 10 years, I have read many books on cleansing. This is truly the most useful, inspiring and health promoting cleansing book I have ever read. Cleanse as you Go

After purchasing this book in June, I did the Urban detox and lost 5 pounds, gained better sleep and just felt a lot more energized. Where does the bloat go? I don’t know, but within 2 days my stomach was flatter than it had been in a long time and with no crunches!
I have to do a lot of travel for work and I brought the book along – it’s the perfect size and weight – on my next trip. I found I could actually use some of the day fasts and other plans while on the road. Instead of gaining weight due to odd hours working and being away from my own kitchen, I actually lost 3 pounds over a 10 day trip. I LOVE this book. There is variety, great tasting foods and I feel like I’m learning how to keep my body in tune. It’s not all clinical and it really is kind of fun to try out the different regimes. I know they are safe, well researched and tested and that Adina Niemerow knows what she’s doing. This is no fad approach. You can use the ideas and cleanses in this book in your real life. It’s so much easier than I thought to really learn how to live and eat a better way. And who doesn’t want to lose the bloat and unbalanced feeling you get from travel, stress and “holiday” (ok, weekend party) eating and festivities? Try this with some friends. It’s easy and really can be fun!

Definitely beneficial

Any one who says that the recipes are tasty, well, that just isn’t true. Then again, I’m comparing that to a juicy a BBQ bacon cheeseburger, fries and strawberry shake. But then, let’s be honest, it’s the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, fries and strawberry shake that got me into my current “situation” (read: fat lazy slob) in first place.

Yes, she definitely has colorful stories and everything is very insightful and seems well researched. Additionally, she understands there is no “one-size fits all” approach and thus offers several options to cleansing. So how did my cleanse work for me?

Very well. My wife and I did the 5 day Winter cleanse. It was rough. Personal will power is a key component to success and without my wife lending me some of hers, I would not have made it through. After the second day, we were weak, had violent headaches, irratible… not fun people to be around. Of course, this is because we were withdrawling. After fighting through it, we really saw a lot of beneficial effects: My skin was less oily and had a very healthy hue, my mind was very focused (I could wake up in the morning and understand astrophysics), I lost 15 pounds in 5 days.

The drawbacks to the cleanse: The withdrawl is terrible but a very necessary step, the taste of some of those juices is god-awful (why must good tasting food be so bad for you?), I was very fatigued, even after the withdrawl — though not mentally as stated above.

My wife and I did this cleanse because we wanted to get a jumpstart on a healthy lifestyle after a gluttonous holiday season. I mentioned I lost 15 pounds, I put five back almost immediately and have since (with healthy eating and exercise) lost that 5 and then some all in about a month.

Why only 4 stars if the book did what it said? Simple, I’m very hard to impress.

Successful and subtle

Jillian Michael’s Product doesn’t offer you weight loss. It offers you a Detox and cleanse. Simple. Many people I’ve talked to are expecting weight loss, when they shouldn’t. From taking this product, I have felt waaaaay more energized, and in NO WAY bloated. It has been very effective in regulating my digestive system.
I never feel as if I’m blocked.

I thought the product did exactly what it told me it would do. I really enjoyed it, and plan on using it again! People need to stop thinking there’s a magical cure for weight loss. This merely helps your body jump start that, and get it ready to lose weight.

Read before you buy – YES this is a cleanse and burn! I look upon it as more of a way for your body to “ready” itself to begin the road to weight loss. There is no product on the market that will make you lose weight in a short amount of time without diet and exercise. So if you think you will buy this product, eat as you normally would, and lose tons of weight, well – that just doesn’t happen. Period. Get over it. Accept the fact that you have to work to lose weight. You have to change bad eating habits and get up and start moving. Yes, getting rid of the extra slug will show on the scale, but its only the beginning.

Which is where this product really shines. The energized feeling you get from cleansing your system makes it that much easier to get up and make the changes necessary. That’s always been my sticky spot…beginning what I know I need to do. Driving past instead of going thru the drive thru. Moving my body instead of sinking further into the couch. ONe month and no results

So, I bought at Amazon, a relatively safe site. As for results – zero. Yes, I went to the bathroom more often at first, but that was temporary, and there was maybe 2 pounds lost after 2 weeks. I am still taking the last week’s pills and I think my weight is the same as before I started. I also feel no change in energy levels and definitely no appetite suppressant. I could not be more disappointed… ZERO RESULTS. The colon cleanse did nothing, no changes at all. I am not just saying there was no weight loss I am saying nothing changed at all! And as far as I can tell there have been no results from the Acai Berry Extreme. I have gotten more results from taking a purely acai vitamin that was less than 4 bucks for a bottle of 60 capsules. Please don’t waste your money, I wish I hadn’t.

This is a joke!

I was hopeful and not looking for a miracle pill, I just wanted it to do at least part of what it claimed to do. The colon cleanse is a joke. It serves NO purpose, and has not made any difference. The Acia berry doesn’t do anything at all for hunger and it makes me jittery which causes me to feel nauseous which causes me to feel sleepy. I haven’t even had the energy I usually have to exercise. I took it for 10 days. I’m stopping as of now so I can have some energy again. I’m sorry I wasted my money. Please don’t waste yours.

The single most effective product

If you don’t know how to listen to your body telling you what it needs, don’t buy this one, it’s not for you. As for me, this was the most effective cleanser I’ve ever used. I never did increase the amount of pills I took up to the full dose, and it tooke me over 3 months and a few sets of bottles to achieve the results that are now lasting over a year. It cleaned EVERYTHING in my body: my skin (which looked like a big, oily zit before and now i don’t have any excess oil or zits on my face), my liver (it stopped hurting), the digestive system, kidneys, my chronic respiratory problems, chronic weakness, joint pain and discomfort, and several more. The key to using this product is being able to “hear” what your body is telling you it needs and how much. Sometimes a small dose over a longer period of time works so much better and far more effectively(even though it works much slower) than a big dose all at once, which could make you sick and cause some complications in addition to missing out on feeling really great! Gentle but not getting the affects expected

I am not sure it is doing anything because I have gotten up to the 3 pills each a night and have been here for 4 days with only one elimination a day which is completely normal for me. I am debating going up to 4 each but I thought 3 was the most. I had better results when I drank the Super Dieter’s Tea. The tea moved everything! I only had one cup in the evening. I don’t think I would get this one again. Another cleanse I was on a year or two ago showed results in the second day. I have been on this cleanse for over a week and haven’t seen the difference.

All I can say is this product did exactly what I was hoping for, with some minimal side effects (headaches & crankiness) which I attribute to basic withdrawal from massive quantities of food… My personal diet plan consists of calorie reduction, and after the holidays I knew I needed to get back on track. I used this product as directed along with low calorie meals within my allowed caloric range & exercise and lost 7.5 lbs on my weigh-in day (day 15). Maybe it is psychological, I wanted it to work and by following my strict regimen it did…. I am now back on track, the 7.5 loss boosted my self confidence that I can do this. This was a great supplement to kick off a diet and exercise plan for myself and my wife. Lets get something straight right off the bat here. This isn’t a miracle pill for lazy people looking for a cheap way out. Supplements and diet pills will work and effect people differently from case to case as we all aren’t the same. With that said, here’s is my review:

My wife is in the Navy and needed to lose the weight. I became complacent and was eating bad. One month ago my wife and I cleared the cupboards of breads, processed sugars and alcohols. We then started a strict diet and exercise program. I have used these pills the past two weeks in conjunction with the P90X program and eating nothing but fruits, vegetables and white eats. When I started I weighed 220lbs. As of this review I now weigh 204lbs. This is a very considerable weight loss in a short time. My wife has shed 20 pounds with the same diet and working out at the gym on base.

There are many factors involved when trying to lose weight. Don’t expect overnight results. Put the grease spoon down. Stay patient and focused. Don’t look for a miracle drug and blame the product when you yourself are being lazy and eating poorly. Sometimes you must ignore the scale and go by the how your clothes fit. Remember that weight fluctuates.

The biggest thing for you to do is get rid of your motivation. That’s right. Throw motivation out the window because that idea will dry up fast. You must have a strong work ethic and drive. Believe in yourself and have fun! Good luck!

Works like a dream

I love this stuff. I have tried numerous products over the years to address my “sluggish system.” I have never found anything that works as well as this. I don’t see it as a weight loss product. It keeps me regular like clock-work. I use a generous well-rounded tablespoon 3 times a day, and I am “going” regularly. First time in my life!!! I highly recommend this product.
