very DANGEROUS!!

I have tried many diet products and this one is by far the worst. My friend and I experienced horrible side effects, it led up to the point where I started bleeding, even after 2 days after I stopped. My friend and I both agree this is a horrible product. It does suppress your hunger but takes about 5-6 hours to take effect. If you go online it will say to watch your meal intake and not to intake meat because it has no protein, which is completely ridiculous because meats are rich in protein. I so happened to eat a dish that had meat and made me very sick. Well with pretty much anything you eat besides a small snack will make your stomach hurt and give you diarrhea. Thus, is a no-brainer how you won’t loose weight by taking this product. With all honesty you need to be completely in denial and headstrong if you plan on finishing this product.

I bought these and begin to use them and I could not believe how well they worked. I was recommending them to everyone! I would take one after my breakfast and I would have to make myself eat a light lunch because I really didn’t have any appetite. I LOVE THEM!
