The single most effective product

If you don’t know how to listen to your body telling you what it needs, don’t buy this one, it’s not for you. As for me, this was the most effective cleanser I’ve ever used. I never did increase the amount of pills I took up to the full dose, and it tooke me over 3 months and a few sets of bottles to achieve the results that are now lasting over a year. It cleaned EVERYTHING in my body: my skin (which looked like a big, oily zit before and now i don’t have any excess oil or zits on my face), my liver (it stopped hurting), the digestive system, kidneys, my chronic respiratory problems, chronic weakness, joint pain and discomfort, and several more. The key to using this product is being able to “hear” what your body is telling you it needs and how much. Sometimes a small dose over a longer period of time works so much better and far more effectively(even though it works much slower) than a big dose all at once, which could make you sick and cause some complications in addition to missing out on feeling really great! Hope this helps!!

Gentle but not getting the affects expected

I am not sure it is doing anything because I have gotten up to the 3 pills each a night and have been here for 4 days with only one elimination a day which is completely normal for me. I am debating going up to 4 each but I thought 3 was the most. I had better results when I drank the Super Dieter’s Tea. The tea moved everything! I only had one cup in the evening. I don’t think I would get this one again. Another cleanse I was on a year or two ago showed results in the second day. I have been on this cleanse for over a week and haven’t seen the difference.

I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL CLEANSE PRODUCTS AND NOTICED THIS ONE HAS A VERY PLEASANT SIDE AFFECT-FEWER HEADACHES. CONTACTED MANUFACTURER BUT SO FAR NO LUCK ISOLATING RESPONSIBLE INGREDIENT. ALL I KNOW IS THAT I MORE OR LESS CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT IT. SAFE FOR LONG TERM USE COMPANY SAYS. AND I LOSE WEIGHT MUCH MORE EASILY WHEN TAKING IT.

The basi time one of my friends did candida diet, she lost 35 pounds at the primary month. This time, she only lost 5 pounds in the last 3 to 4 weeks, in spite of the fact that she eats organic brown rice, organic veggies, and half a chicken breast with garlic flavored extra virgin olive oil twice daily. He also asked me if I did the finish liver and intestinal cleanse, and if I take enzymes and supplements with it or wait until I am done with the cleansing.

This massive weight loss seems to be a problem for persons who in general have no weight to lose. I am one of those. You have to eat so much to keep the weight on, and even then, it does not work. It is like me, where persons keep on telling me to put on weight. However, on the diet I was put on I am permitted butter and nut butters. That way, I was in truth profiting weight. Also, every one may have beef, right? There are antibiotic and hormone free meats that you may buy. Lots of fat you may gain there!

The liver cleanser by Hulda Clark uses Epsom salts, Grapefruit, and extra virgin olive oil. It went actually well. My sister did it and said she was nauseous in the morning, but then was fine. Nausea is something that they warn you about.

Well, here is what I did with intestinal cleansing. I have done dissimilar cleansings over the years, but before I ever took Threelac, I did both of Dr. Schulze’s #1 first, then #2 and #1. I took the enzymes before each meal. You will have to be going numerous times a day very quickly. Dr. Schulze is the expert on cleansing.

Miracle Treatment for Son with Chronic Constipation

My son has suffered with chronic constipation since he was a baby. Often we thought he would never be able to pass stool. His doctor prescribed him Miralax…. which is nothing short of gasoline. We discovered Intestinal Formula #1 through a friend and there has been no turning back. My son does not need any more Miralax and is a maintenance level where he does not even need to take this every day, but e/o day or so. Thank you Dr. Schulze!

Works always but hurts going down/

This product will definately unstop even the worst constipation, but be warned, if you do not take it directly with food, it hurts really badly.Stomach and intestinal cramps will leave you doubled over. But you do get real relief in 12 hours. If you need this type of help, this is your product. Just be sure you eat and take the pills and then eat the rest of your meal.It is good to be warned/

Doctors said you have to live with it – Extreme Chronic Constipation

My father (90+ yrs old) had chronic constipation for at least ten years. Tried everything over the counter and even went to the doctors and tried all their prescriptions. Nothing worked and the doctors said nothing else could be done. He was going to be like so many other elderly people with the same problem and had to just deal with it the rest of his life.

Not true, Dr. Schulze’s Intestinal Formula #1 rocks. This is the only product that has helped. Not just help but he is able to have a healthy bowel movement shortly after each main meal. Yeah, he has 3 healthy bowel movements a day and he’s only in the bathroom a few minutes. He even stopped taking something with him to read.

Ten years of his life having 1 bowel movement a week and he had to use enemas. The smell was terrible and all the discomfort he went through. All the money spent on every prescription stool softener and laxative made and the doctor visits. Being told by doctors to live with it.

He had to go up to five capsules a day to start with but over time he reduced it 2 a day. This has increased his quality of life so much.

Ultimate Detox Reference Guide: The Right to Know

Whenever somebody I recognise is in regards to to detox for the original time, the primary question after “Are you sure this is gonna work?” always seems to be “Will this make me feel bad?” followed almost by “Will I have to take time off from work?”

My straight answer to all three is “It depends”.

There are, however, numerous facts we all have in common.

Your body is detoxing all the time. Your liver, kidneys, lymph and skin continually routine toxic wastes and eliminate them thru urine feces and sweat. When the amount of toxins is dandier than the speed at which your body may eliminate them, a cleansing reaction or “healing crisis” occurs. A healing crisis is imagination language for catching a cold or the flu. Most of us don’t in general choose to catch a cold. In fact, we’ll do just in regards to anything to keep out of the way of getting sick. However, when you elect to detox using a cleanse kit, you voluntarily begin a healing crisis and your body will react in kind.

Here’s what you may suppose and how to make it go away faster.

Headache – The most mutual cleansing reaction. Caffeine withdrawal, in particular, plus the increase of freed toxins causes muscles to constrict and tighten around the neck, shoulders and temples.

Light-Headedness – Dizziness is likewise a mutual cleansing reaction at the beginning of a cleanse as your body adjusts to the flood of toxins into the bloodstream.

Remedy: Increase water intake. Eat pieces of fruit like grapes, apples and/or pineapple. Take a break and stop moving until the dizziness passes. If the problem persists, cut back on the cleanse kit dosages and/or contact a health care provider.

Cold & Flu Symptoms – Runny nose, slight fever, scratchy throat, muscle aches and usual fatigue.

Two or more of these sensations or changes at a time may mean you need to shift the detox into a lower gear to let your body routine the toxic overload.

Remedy: Get a great deal of rest. Drink a great deal of fluids. Prolong the cleanse a few days by taking less fiber and/or herbs than the kit recommends. You will still get the same benefits, but with more outstanding comfort.

Bad Breath/Smelly Odor- All humans are connected from mouth to anus by one continuous tube.

The old saying goes “you are what you eat”, but if what you eat is unusable, your body will either get rid of it or hide it in a place where it will cause the lease amount of harm.

During a detox those hiding places are destroyed. Putrid waste that has been festering in the dark comes to light and it doesn’t smell too good. Your breath and sweat may become a little fragrant.

Remedy: Brush your teeth often. Tongue scraping likewise helps. Suck on citrus fruit wedges (lemons, oranges), gargle with salt water or baking soda and water.

Emotional Changes – Depression is one of the primary sensations or changes of sugar withdrawal. Cravings for sugar and complex carbs like pastries, bagels or cookies and the denial of those cravings may cause frustration, anger and hyper-sensitivity.
