I am on day 10, and found that my skin has become very clear, where before I had oily skin and was prone to break outs. (I’m 43! ).

I love how fast this product works and how WELL it works. Be careful when going from three pills toward five as this will startle your system and you will want to be near a restroom for days (if you know what I mean). Instead try going up to four first.

A great cleaner for the insides.

Yerba Prima is a God’s sent. I tried this product after being recommended by the health store Clark’s. I wanted to cleanse my body after having a baby (via C-section). I felt all the medicines, anesthesias, and junk were leading to my swelling. This product reduced my tummy and I felt clean inside. This is a must try!!!

Great product, does what it says it will – but refills aren’t available!

This is a great little product – Neutrogena took the vibrating rejuvenator unit that it used for its Microdermabrasion kit and added a velcro piece that allows you to attach the rejuvenator puffs. Instructions tell you to use it for 2-3 minutes per facial area – I use it for 5-6 minutes on my entire face just before jumping in the shower in the morning. It replaces my scrub a few times a week. So far I’ve noticed drastically smoother skin – and at 27 I am looking for something to really scrub away dead skin cells and maybe even out my skin a bit. This feels like it is doing both. The puff foams up with water, and is definitely a bit scratchy. There is a pleasant smell when you are using it.

I had to take off two stars for the following: price. It’s overpriced. The unit comes with batteries, but you’re still paying $35-39 for a low-tech electronic vibrating device and 12 puffs. Twelve. That will last you 3 or 4 weeks at the most.

The second star is lost by the puffs themselves. They can’t be found anywhere. I’ve looked online and in the store. I’m yet to find them – so I am hoping I do so before I run out of the ones that came with the unit.

UPDATE 1/4/08 – refill puffs are now available on both Amazon and major retail stores. There was quite a delay there, though, so I know the early adopters were really sweating it out. Whew!

Love the softness and fresh look of my skin…

After using the Skin Rejuvenator for several days, I have to say I love the feel and look of my skin…it feels tight, smooth and appears glowing and healthy. I was amazed at the ease of use of this product. You simply install the batteries (had a little trouble getting the cover off the back) clip on the attachment head, and stick a rejuvenating pad on the attachment. Simple!! I’ve been using mine in the shower…apply a little water to the pad, and massage my face and neck for several min., concentrating on the areas I feel need it most. It suggests focusing on problems areas for 1-2 min…for me this won’t work, as my skin is really sensitive, and the abrasion is too much, so I just focus on those areas for about 20-30 seconds before moving on. The skin abound my mouth was fairly sensitive the first time I used it, but after figuring out what works for me, I can’t begin to tell you how awesome this product is!! For the price, there is NO WAY to beat it. I have tried peels, other ‘rejuvenators’, exfoliants…and this is by far the best product I’ve run across yet. I’m not sure what the additional pads run, but you bet it’s worth it!!
Don’t miss this inexpensive “trip to the spa!”

Love that ‘spa’ feeling

The experience of using the skin rejuvenator I found most appealing for the sense of relaxation and glamour I felt. The overall sense was of a warm massage for the facial areas – certainly a treat for those like myself who, though well past the age where wrinkles may be expected to evaporate, love a sense of beauty and pampering. It would be an excellent gift – unless, of course, it were given to anyone who’d be insulted at the thought of needing ‘rejuvenation.’

The product leaves one’s skin feeling very smooth and soft, and there is no irritation (as one might have with certain scrubs). The pressure is light – sufficient to give the ‘massage’ effect, but not at all rough to the touch. Overall, it is a delightful beauty product.

It may be beneficial if applied as an adjunct to one of the “big 3″ interventions: medication, Attend, or EEG Biofeedback training. Consider EEG Biofeedback Training… EEG Biofeedback training works well for the majority of kids with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Like the Attend and Extress products, EEG Biofeedback or Neurofeedback training is another state-of-the-art substitute approach to treatment. But because it may take time to start out working, we commend that the circumstance be stable before beginning this treatment. Also, because it is the most highpriced treatment option, at least in the short-term, we commend that you undertake it only after you have tried the Attend and Extress products. Both work well, so try the least pricey option first. For those who are in a hurry to commence EEG Biofeedback training, we would commend that you consider using the “Attend” while you do the Biofeedback training. We believe that it may speed up the process, help you to achieve results faster, and reduce the overall cost of treatment. You, the parents, must get into a good aid group. CHADD is a good group and has chapters all all over the country. CHADD is very medical model oriented, and consequently immune to substitute treatments. But they have galore very good things to offer. You, the parents, also need to get into a good parent training class. Find one in your community, or order resources.

Next, always evaluate your treatment progress. The mantra to repeat is simple, “If it works, don’t mess with it, and if it doesn’t work, do something else.” Repeat this over and over again. Be remorseless in your evaluation of the treatment. You are paying “experts” to support your child. If they are not getting results, find somebody who can. It may not be their fault. If it’s not working, find a therapist who will help you. Always keep your life in perspective. There is more to life than your child’s attention or conduct problems. At least once per month have a lunch out with your spouse. At least once each three months go away with your spouse alone someplace for a day or two. Really. Do it. Keep your marriage strong. A strong marriage is still the best gift a parent may give to a child. Finally, work on your kinship with God. If there is a God, then the most crucial issues in life implicate Him. What does He want from you? What is He attempting to instruct you, or your child, through this trial? Can He be known, and does He want to recognise you? All of these are the actually big questions. Take time to ponder them and keep everything else in perspective.

Best product I’ve ever used on my face!

I started using Help Me two weeks ago. I’ve already seen a reduction in the brown patches on my forehead and cheeks (i.e., melasma) by maybe 20%, less noticeable pores (because they’re getting cleaned out), smoother skin, reduced small wrinkles around my eyes, and – I didn’t know this would happen – a reduction in the dark circles under my eyes! I’ve never used a retinol product before, but I am really surprised at how well this works. After the first week, it did sting slightly for about 30 seconds after applying, but that hasn’t gotten any worse since. Also, I did start getting very small dry skin patches near my eyes and a bit on my cheeks/chin, but I hadn’t been applying moisturizer on top of Help Me like it recommends, so now I do and the little bit of dryness has gone away.

I am excited to see if the improvements keep on getting better, or if it will plateau after awhile. So far, I’m a big fan of this product and highly recommend it! I usually get most of my beauty products at the drugstore because I never notice that much of a difference between the cheaper vs. expensive brands, but I think Help Me is worth the department store price for sure.

June, 2010 – Edited to Add: I ended up going to a dermatologist for another issue and she gave me a prescription for a similar, much stronger product (Triluma). The Rx stuff is about $150 per tube and not covered by insurance, but it works like you wouldn’t believe. So now I use the prescription, BUT I still highly recommend Help Me because for the price it really really did make a significant difference in my skin texture, coloring (more even), and reducing clogged pores. If you don’t have melasma, Help Me is plenty strong enough for normal skin.

I have only been using this product for two weeks and it has already erased 2 age spots on my face. The rest of my face looks brighter, pores smaller and my complexion looks great. My skin is usually pretty sensitive and this has not caused any adverse reactions. Overall, I am pleased and will stick with Help Me.

[48 yr old female] I have been using this product for about 2 yrs, on the recommendation of my dermatologist. I have fair but ‘resistant’ skin. Regular use gives a light peel at first, after maybe 2 weeks. Really gets those dead skin cells off. After that, I saw freckles lightened and my skin tone became more even. I am VERY happy with this product.
