The master cleanse is one of the most extreme diet options. It takes 10 days to finish at least. One the keys to success is to prepare yourself for the challenge. Many persons watch a television program or read a magazine article and jump into a cleansing program without a proper plan or a good idea of what to expect. The initial step of preparation comes long before you start out the cleanse. You need a good master cleanse plan. One that will support you prepare mentally and physically prior to beginning the program. The second step of preparation is to plan for the time it takes to finish the cleanse and the potential effects it may have on your energy levels or mood. Make sure you don’t have job, family or other obligations that might make completing the cleanse more difficult. Vacations may be a good time, but holidays such as Thanksgiving or Christmas might not be the best choice. Once you’re on the cleanse, having a finish and comprehensive plan becomes even more important. For instance, some plans don’t show you ways to make the teas taste better or how to deal with the cravings or side-effects you’ll have. |

This book is very helpful if you are considering the Master Cleanse. I have completed the 10 day cleanse two times. Following the book made it easy without mistakes.

Excellent Book

I have read this book before doing the master cleanse to get a full sense of what it is about and what happens afetrwards. This book is better than I imagined, it also goes into other types of cleanses. I highly recommend this book.
