5Excellent Resource on Stress Management!

This book forms the basis for an excellent course in Stress Management. I was fortunate to have an instructor with a lot of experience who also taught qigong, yoga, mediation and nutrition as part of this course. It changed my life for the better. The book is good, and has terrific resources, such as the audio files – guided meditation and relaxation exercises, which everyone in the class enjoyed. A great book for self study of for classroom use. The nutrition part of the book was minimal, but my instructor was very knowledgeable, and that helped. Recommended.

This book was for my Stress Management Class that I took for one of my Humanities credits. I found it to be very helpful with all of the different techniques for managing stress. It’s one book I plan on NOT returining/selling to the book store after the semester so that I can use it over and over!
