I was dealing with severe stress when I purchased this product and it is helpful for those feelings like you can’t get your blood pressure down and you feel an ulcer forming in your stomach… In that sense it worked like a no-dependance pill for me. My complaints would be as follows: One of the yoga sequences requires a band that I don’t have and didn’t know I would need, the other yoga sequence (with Rodney Yee — who’s wonderful) was a bit short and felt like an infomercial for a longer version (sold separately), and the doctor’s self massage/yoga section was a bit short and stupid. I will still turn to this DVD next time I am overwhelmed. The guided meditation is very nice, the nutritional advice is simple, I now know how to massage stress out of my feet, and I loved Rodney Yee even though they cut his sequence short. I strongly suggest buying another yoga DVD with this for more substantial long-term effects. I would only recommend it to a friend needing a quick fix.

This DVD contained some very helpful information. I found the nutrition segment valuable. I was not really into the whole “meditate and let your mind encompass the universe” stuff, though. Some people might find that interesting. The yoga segments were useful.
