Rescue Measures
1. Reduce sun exposure. More than 80 per cent of sun harm occurs before age 21 , and there is no way to reverse it. To minimize future damage, seek out the shade and sunscreen.
2. Moisturize after you shower. Applying cream when your skin is still damp will
seal in water already on the surface.
3. Exfoliate. In office treatments like chemical peels and microdermabrasion may support remove sun-damaged cells, bettering skin tone while stimulating the growth of new cells to reduce fine wrinkles, age spots, and acne scars.
