I purchased this book which was second hand but I couldn’t tell. It came in very good condition with no markings and no dog ears at all!! The book itself is very practical and helps with personal assesment. If you are interested in finding out about stress and ways to relieve and manage your stress, this is a great buy at a very good price. I am thoroughly enjoying the practical aspects of this book which is having a positive impact on my life.
