All I can say is this product did exactly what I was hoping for, with some minimal side effects (headaches & crankiness) which I attribute to basic withdrawal from massive quantities of food… My personal diet plan consists of calorie reduction, and after the holidays I knew I needed to get back on track. I used this product as directed along with low calorie meals within my allowed caloric range & exercise and lost 7.5 lbs on my weigh-in day (day 15). Maybe it is psychological, I wanted it to work and by following my strict regimen it did…. I am now back on track, the 7.5 loss boosted my self confidence that I can do this. I lost 2.5 lbs the following week,exceeding my goal of a 2 lb loss per week…

A great supplement

This was a great supplement to kick off a diet and exercise plan for myself and my wife. Lets get something straight right off the bat here. This isn’t a miracle pill for lazy people looking for a cheap way out. Supplements and diet pills will work and effect people differently from case to case as we all aren’t the same. With that said, here’s is my review:
My wife is in the Navy and needed to lose the weight. I became complacent and was eating bad. One month ago my wife and I cleared the cupboards of breads, processed sugars and alcohols. We then started a strict diet and exercise program. I have used these pills the past two weeks in conjunction with the P90X program and eating nothing but fruits, vegetables and white eats. When I started I weighed 220lbs. As of this review I now weigh 204lbs. This is a very considerable weight loss in a short time. My wife has shed 20 pounds with the same diet and working out at the gym on base.
There are many factors involved when trying to lose weight. Don’t expect overnight results. Put the grease spoon down. Stay patient and focused. Don’t look for a miracle drug and blame the product when you yourself are being lazy and eating poorly. Sometimes you must ignore the scale and go by the how your clothes fit. Remember that weight fluctuates.
The biggest thing for you to do is get rid of your motivation. That’s right. Throw motivation out the window because that idea will dry up fast. You must have a strong work ethic and drive. Believe in yourself and have fun! Good luck!

This item worked great for me. A thing to keep in mind though .. if you start working out you will gain weight (muscle) before you start losing. They say you should always measure in inches and not look at the scale.
